We had 4 rooms in total as part of a family event. A 70th Birthday party which the Crown Plaza assisted in arranging the event and providing arioys room for our family members; 2 families of 4 and one of 2 plus Jenn and myself. The staff were exceptional throughout the stay and the function went smoothly. Great attention to detail. Lovely food drinks and excellent staff service. Everyone who came along were looked after very well and the family members who stayed at the Hotel were delighted with their rooms and buffet breakfast. We can't speak highly enough of the staff who went above and beyond to make us all feel special. And this was during a large group ( The England Female Soccer Team) stay at the Crown at the same time. A BIG Thank you to the Crown Staff; esp Michelle at Reception. She made sure everyone was in place for us at the beginning. Maureen the Manager. Oversaw all the event details. Patrick and Kimberley at our function were superb. So helpful and friendly. Kaitlyn and Denise at Reception whoever we need something done and when we were leaving were delightful and helpful. Great Team at the Crown Plaza Terrigal NSW.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crown Terrigal Hotel and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has clearly undergone a beautiful renovation, as my room was modern, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Check in was seamless and we were well looked after, i'd particularly like to call out Denise at reception who was delightful and very hospitable. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from our room. We could see the ocean and the surrounding area, which made for a truly breathtaking sight every morning and evening. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The amenities were also top-notch, with everything I needed to make my visit comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Crown Terrigal Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The beautifully renovated rooms and amazing views are just a few of the many reasons why I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

View and location was amazing. Staff were lovely on check-in/ very helpful / gave us an early check-in and we were upgraded to a suite. Nice and quiet, did not hear any other guests in the hallway which was lovely for sleeping in! Loved listening to the sound of the waves. Easy check-out too, didn't have to line up at reception. It was also our wedding anniversary, so my Mum organised through the hotel for a bottle of wine and a cheese platter + a sweet platter wishing us a happy anniversary to be delivered to our room. The staff did an amazing service ensuring we got the platters and wine at the right time ie early after checking in and also confirmed back to my family that it was in our room. Really outstanding service and it was a beautiful platter! The hotel also gave us a complimentary bottle of sparking!

Property was beautiful but what really made the trip was the staff, every staff member I encountered was friendly and accomodating. I was staying with two elderly disabled grandparents who the staff could not be more happy to assist, they provided a wheelchair helped pack the car and allowed us to take the wheelchair off location. Jodie the manager is a real assets to this hotel and Aaron was very helpful during our stay.

The location is superb, nothing can beat the Crowne Plaza location at Terrigal. The reception that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, big tick from the first hotel experience. Pool is a bit small and way too packed when we were there, but with the beach and rock pool just across the road, we skipped the pool. The complimentary drinks for the kiddos are well appreciated!
